Henry is currently the CEO and co-founder of Red Dot Analytics, a DeepTech startup spin-off from Nanyang Technological University, with a digital twin and AI solution focused on powering sustainability and resilience for next-generation AI datacenters. Recently Henry received "SG Digital Leader" award from IMDA in recognition of his exceptional leadership in driving AI adoption across in the DC sector and creating impressive sustainability impacts. He has 10+ years of work experiences across engineering, startup, business management, innovations and strategy with a successful track-record in driving business growth, scaling up startups and building global innovation programs from scratch. He has worked and lived across multiple regions and cultures including Singapore, the United States, Taiwan and mainland China.
